BODYPUMP™ classes use barbells and weights to help tone and strengthen the whole body. Our BODYPUMP™ Technique class gives you the opportunity to familiarise yourself with our LES MILLS™ Smart Tech Equipment, as well as learning, understanding and improving your technique. From beginners to advanced participants, everybody can benefit from this to ensure that you are set up to get the most out of your BODYPUMP™ class.

BODYPUMP™ is the ultimate aerobic workout and perfect for building strength. IMPORTANT: Due to the setup of your equipment, you are required to arrive 5 minutes prior to the start time of BODYPUMP™ You will not be able to join this class once it has started so please allow enough time to avoid disruptions or being turned away.
