Intermediate Pilates

A form of exercise with many health benefits, Pilates can improve posture, strengthen the core, work on muscles from head to toe, increase mobility, flexibility and challenge co-ordination. Our intermediate level class will provide greater challenges as you experience a more dynamic full body workout.
