Kerry Fraser

Kerry has been practising Pilates and Yoga for 10 years after it was recommended by a physio to manage lower back pain and build strong postural muscles to support her spine. She loves the precision, control and mind-body connection of the Pilates method and how her students can notice a difference after just five sessions. Helping others develop a sense of body awareness and build strength from the inside is what she is most passionate about.
