Who are we? What's Studio Society all about? What even is immersive training? Find out everything you need to know about us and our studios in West Hampstead.

We've built Studio Society on a simple idea: that great training shouldn't be reserved for the select few. We believe that the latest and greatest fitness technology should benefit everybody; that getting fit and staying fit should be accessible, enjoyable and – most of all – fun 

WHY CLASSES?

It's that fun-factor. That's why we love classes. As well as spurring our members on to push themselves harder, class-based training is just more fun. Get your pump on, meet people and make some friends. 

IMMERSIVE WHAT, NOW?

Think surround-screens. Think high quality sound. Think scents designed to match your workout. When all of our senses are activated, our bodies are more responsive to exercise. Our sessions use 270° HD screens and Bose speakers to transport you far away from our corner of North-West London, and we're the first club in the UK to do it.

AND THE VENUE?

It's big. With three studios, wet and dry changing rooms, body composition tracker and lockers galore, our club is all about space. It's simple, it looks good and it's a stone's throw from the overground.

SO, WHAT TO EXPECT?

Expect something special. Because everything we do is geared towards classes, we've really gone to town on making them great. Choose instructor-led or virtual sessions. Choose cycle-based training set to pumping tunes. Choose 270° cinematic visuals and the latest equipment. Then choose between 150+ classes a week and train at your time, your way.

Jennifer started her Pilates journey during her training to become a professional Dancer - it was here where she learnt how this form of exercise can strengthen and change the body for the better! After performing in Musicals, Children's Theatre and Films she decided to venture into a new career as a Pilates instructor. Jennifer's passion for Dance lives on through her Pilates so do not be surprised if you end up in a ballet position mid class!

Hi, I'm Kerry. I've been practising Pilates and yoga for 10 years and like many people it was recommended to me by a physio to manage lower back pain and build strong postural muscles to support my spine. I love movement and very rarely do I sit still so a stressful desk job in technology was no longer for me. It just made sense to transition into a Pilates teacher and help others develop a sense of body awareness and build strength from the inside out. I love the precision, control and mind-body connection of the Pilates method and how after only 5 sessions you can notice a difference.
