Take a moment. Breathe. Find space for that balance between body and mind. Our Calm classes are about stretching, strengthening and mindfulness – think yoga, Pilates and meditation, among others.

What to bring? A yoga mat for extra comfort, and your water bottle, of course.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga - this class will invigorate, refresh, and motivate you for the day ahead!  A combination of the body postures, breathing exercises, and other techniques and blends will be taught.  Hatha Yoga will promote flexibility, build strength, reduce stress and bring the body, mind, and spirit into balance.  Students can work at their own level in a non-competitive, safe environment. Please bring a yoga mat.

Intermediate Pilates

Prepare yourself for a full body workout in just 45 minutes in this fun and challenging improver/intermediate Pilates class. We will work you from head to toe, inside and out using the original Pilates method with variations, intensity and flow.  You can expect to strengthen and tone your arms, back, abdominals, waist, hips, thighs and legs for a balanced body, improved posture and optimal health. This class is not suitable for beginners. Please bring a yoga mat.

Vinyasa Yoga

The Vinyasa Flow style of yoga is an amazing journey and dynamic system.  Vinyasa Flow is a series of movements practiced to create heat, remove blocks, and increase strength and flexibility.  The Vinyasa based yoga is an incredible mind/body workout.  Experience the pleasure and joy that comes with this rejuvenating class. BEGINNERS YOGA Virtual Immersive Class

Our BEGINNGERS YOGA is great for those new to yoga or yogis returning after some time away. This is a shorter class than the others so you can discover your yoga practice in no time at all. Join our experienced yoga instructors who work with you to achieve a physical, mental, and emotional balance in your everyday. Please bring a yoga mat.

MIND MATTERS Virtual Immersive Class

We exercise our bodies, but what about our minds? Like a gym for the mind, using mindfulness we can train the muscle of our attention, increasing our resilience and focus, and give our minds an opportunity to rest, settle and de-stress. Suitable for complete beginners and experienced meditators, these classes offer an opportunity to explore two foundational exercises: Mindfulness of Breath and The Body Scan.

LES MILLS BODY BALANCE™

BODYBALANCE is a yoga-based group exercise class which also incorporates elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Set to music and with great emphasis on the breath, you will move through sequences strengthening your entire body. This is great for those looking to improve flexibility and to build a better core strength whilst giving your mind a chance to catch up with your body again..

YIN/YANG YOGA FLOW Virtual Immersive Class

Improve your flexibility and find your inner calm with YIN/YANG YOGA FLOW. This class takes you on a journey to inner awareness and tranquillity as you hold a series of strong physical postures and relaxed seated positions which collectively sync up the body and the mind and leave you feeling balanced and ready to take on the world. Please bring a yoga mat.

Post-Natal Pilates

Post-Natal Pilates - After 6 x weeks you are safe to resume your fitness regime after having your baby. (Please consult one of the team ahead of attending the class for the first time)  Post Natal Pilates is a great way to safely re-build your abdominal wall, focusing on re-connecting the deeper core layers in a safe and comfortable environment. Taken on the mat there will be plenty of room to bring your baby into the studio with you. Please bring a yoga mat.

Feel the beat. Compete. Pound those pedals. Ride classes are high-energy cycle sessions that burn through body fat and test your endurance. Think cycling to music, uphill climbs and racing to the finish line.

What to bring? You'll want a towel and a bottle of water.

SPIVI®

SPIVI® is a mind-blowing indoor cycling class for those who want to try something different. SPIVI shows you real-time performance data, so you can see your cyclist on-screen fighting off competition from your fellow riders. If you have a heart rate monitor, it will link to your bike console and you can get in the determined Heart Rate Zone if not no worries you can still track your progress. Receive a performance summary of your workout in your inbox straight after the class. Crank it up a gear and you will feel the results in no time.

VIBE CYCLE

VIBE is an upbeat cycling class designed for all abilities who want to lose weight and have fun. Unlike spinning, VIBE puts the control on you to set your resistance but make sure you are prepared to kick into gear when those faster songs come on. With VIBE you can expect to burn a rapid amount of calories in a short space of time which is ideal for those who want to lose weight and tone up.

CHAMPION FIGHT Virtual Immersive Class

CHAMPION FIGHT is a boxing and martial arts class that takes grit and determination. This class is a great full body workout which works on muscle conditioning and instant calorie shredding. You will experience six exhilarating rounds of Boxing, Jujutsu, Capoeira, Muay Thai and MMA designed for all abilities to boost muscular strength, core endurance, agility and cardio fitness.

HIIT Blast Virtual Immersive Class

HIIT BLAST is a high intensity, explosive bodyweight workout which burns calories even after the class has finished. HIIT BLAST is ideal for those who want an exciting workout which will kick the metabolism into gear and tone up the whole body. This is ideal if you’re short on time.

HIIT Strength

HIIT Strength is an intense athletic training class providing fast results. Using weights, plyometric and strength training and taught using high intensity intervals, this class will burn calories, build lean muscle and improve stamina, pushing you to your limits. Remember to improve your fitness you need to challenge your body, by stressing your muscles your body realises that change is required and it is here that you will see the fastest results. 

HIIT Warrior Virtual Immersive Class

HIIT WARRIOR uses the music’s tempo and rhythm to effectively provide a high intensity, bodyweight group exercise class. Each interval plays with speed of movement - from fast bursts of cardio to holding a pose which will leave your muscles shaking. HIIT WARRIOR is an intense full body workout which is perfect for burning fat and toning up. Leave your inhibitions in the locker.  

HIIT30

HIIT30 is a 30-min high-intensity internal training session aimed to get your fat burners fired up like nothing else. This plyometric-based workout raises your heartrate as your muscles exert maximum force in short intervals, increasing power, strength, and agility. Fire up your metabolism and improve your cardiovascular fitness enabling you to push your boundaries and see fast results.

HIIT40

HIIT40 is an intense athletic training format providing faster results. Tried HIIT30 and think you can go the extra mile? HIIT40 will challenge you to the very end, maximizing calorie burn using a variety of body weight exercises as your muscles exert maximum force in short intervals. Improve strength, stamina, and build lean muscle as you blast every major muscle group. Iron men and women, we are calling on you!

KNOCKOUT

Knockout incorporates the fundamentals of boxing with plyometric and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). This explosive class with get your heart rate up as you develop footwork, improve endurance, hand-eye co-ordination, strength and stamina, and work on essential core conditioning. Knockout will put you through your paces incorporating glove and pad work, but please be aware this is not a sparring class (no one-on-one physical fighting).

IMPORTANT: gloves are not provided, so please ensure you bring your own.

Les Mills BODYPUMP™

BODYPUMP™ classes use barbells and body weights to help tone and strengthen the whole body. It’s all about increasing reps with light-medium weights which is great for burning fat and conditioning key muscles. BODYPUMP is the ultimate aerobic workout to help escape from your everyday.

Pump’D

Pump’D is a fiercely energetic class, designed to give you a total body workout. Combining weights and high intensity, Pump’D will teach your body to exert energy for maximum athletic output. Build strength, stamina, and lean muscle mass whilst targeting and toning major muscle groups. You will definitely leave this class feeling totally Pump’D.

80’s Aerobics

80’s Aerobics is back! De-stress, tone-up and get footloose and fancy free with this fast paced and fun class. Incorporating iconic moves made famous by fitness inspirations like Jane Fonder with great tunes that will have you smiling from start to finish, you’ll be burning calories, toning your entire body and strengthening your heart whist having a great time.  Work out old school and achieve toned arms, sculpted abs and a tight booty, feel bodylicious as this nostalgic powerhouse class takes you to knew heights.

AERO SCULPT Virtual Immersive Class

AERO SCULPT is a high-energy workout which combines cardio and Pilates and actively conditions your whole body. If you want to tone up, get flexible and burn calories then you have to book into this class.

BARRE EXPRESS

Barre Express is an uplifting and energising full body work out which uses body weight, light hand weights and core stability balls to target those hard to reach muscle groups. SOCIETY L.A.B.

Society L.A.B targets those specific problem areas which most of us wish could be tighter, firmer, leaner, and perkier: our legs, abs, and bums. Strengthen, tone and define in this calorie-blasting class using our burn pyramid interval sets. Expect to squat, crunch, and lunge your way to success.

SupaFresh

Is a Basic Street dance class for all levels of fitness and dance. 90’s music and Club vibes. The class starts with a danced warm up followed by a structured Break down of the main steps and Choreography and it ends up as a party where everyone can enjoy dancing feeling relaxed and free. A Great workout for the body and soul. No pressure, just great Fun 

ZUMBA FITNESS

ZUMBA FITNESS is a fun and energetic fusion of Latin and International dance which will work your whole body from head to toe. ZUMBA FITNESS is all about the rhythm so be prepared to let go and enjoy this class whilst getting fit at the same time.
