Bootcamp with Melvin
A fiercely energetic class designed to give you a total body workout. Command strength, power, agility and maximum calorie burn as you teach your body to exert energy for the optimum athletic output. Sculpt and build lean muscle mass whilst targeting and toning major muscle groups. Combine HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) with muscle and endurance training drills and you can expect to burn as much as 500-600 calories per class.
